In this workshop, we will talk about the differences between a book synopsis and a book blurb and why you need both. We'll learn how to write them and how to use them for marketing, finding agents, and as a plotting tool. We'll also create your 30 second elevator pitch for your book!

Writing With Chronic Pain And Illness
Some people might think that writing a book is easy for those of us who live with chronic pain and chronic illness. All we have to do is sit there, right? But spoonies know that some days it’s hard to even think, let alone write a book. In this workshop, we’ll cover how to redefine productivity. Get a list of things to do from your bed on bad pain days. We’ll also talk about realistic expectations and breaking down some of the images of what it means to be a writer.
